Energy Rating Consultation Service
If you are designing a new house or major renovation, our experienced and fully accredited raters can provide a NatHERS energy rating for your design plans or working drawings.
If the rating does not meet the 5-star minimum energy efficiency standard set by the Government, we can then identify the most cost-effective ways to raise the rating to 5 stars or beyond in consultation with you. We can then provide the energy rating certificate of the final design for you to obtain the building permit.
We can adjust our approach to you and your client’s needs – if your client wants an energy efficient, high star-rated house, we can help you offer that while keeping construction costs down as much as possible.

$295 excl GST for initial energy rating of plans
$75 excl GST per additional hour for consultation involved in improving energy rating and final energy rating
