The Energy Makeovers Roadmap could be your answer. It includes a comprehensive assessment of your home and the way you use your home to identify key points of improvement. We then make recommendations for suitable home improvement projects based on their cost-effectiveness, taking into account all available government rebates and incentives. You will be able to easily compare projects by their cost and savings as well as  impact on comfort and your home’s energy efficiency star rating.

Inside the Energy Makeovers Roadmap

The Roadmap report is created following a 1.5 hour in-home assessment. It summarises in an easy-to-understand format your current energy consumption and recommends specific thermal / electricity & gas / water efficiency improvements to your home and micro-renewable generation projects ranked according to your specific priorities. This is important as different householders place different emphasis on the five key drivers:

  1. energy usage and bills
  2. carbon pollution
  3. star rating
  4. comfort
  5. water conservation

You will be able to see at a glance what the impact of all feasible projects would be on your comfort, hip pocket and the planet.  All projects are divided into two categories:

  • Projects with attractive paybacks that are recommended for immediate implementation, and
  • Projects that are currently unattractive but may improve over time as smart meters are rolled out, electricity prices move higher, and new regulations are introduced to cut energy use and carbon pollution.
